Remember to drink half your body’s weight in ounces of water daily. Water cleanses, nourishes, and supports cooling upsetting emotions. Physical Exercise + Wellness: ~ If you feel comfortable, get out at least once a day. A walk around the block during times when less people are out, or sit on your porch, or just opening the window and blasting the fan or air conditioner can provide you the welcomed fresh air that you need.
