Messages sent to our office via the message box at the footer of the website must be expressed in American English (which includes proper use of grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and pronunciation). Messages must be communicated in a concise, and understandable manner - free of the use of profanity, racial slurs, slang words/phrases, and sexually-inappropriate, and harassment behavior.
[Definition of harassment: unwanted conduct or behavior that's offensive, intimidating, or abusive, based on the individual's race, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity), national origin, age, limitation/disability, or any other characteristic].
You may only send us the following 4 messages via the message box at the footer of the website:
1. Three minutes (or less) after paying for The Four Steps, send our office a message stating that you sent the payment for The Four Steps. In the 'Your Email Address' enter your email address where you want The Four Steps to be forwarded. If you need to clarify zero from the letter 'o', and uppercase/capital 'I' (pronunciation: eye) from lowercase/small 'l' (pronunciation: el), and any other distinctions about your email address, you may add your explanation in the body of the message box.
Forward your message in this manner:
If your email address requires explanation, enter your first name, your email address (for example: NeilaJonesIII0234@gmail.com), and in the body of the message box, state: I paid for The Four Steps at ______am ET. Please forward The Four Steps to the email address I entered. Here's the explanation of my email address: NeilaJones(capital I (pronunciation: eye) three times, zero, 234.
If your email address is straightforward, enter your first name, your email address, and in the body of the message box, state: I paid for The Four Steps at ______am ET. Please forward The Four Steps to the email address I entered.
Once your payment, and email address are confirmed, The Four Steps will be emailed to you within 3 minutes.
2. Send a message 5 minutes after forwarding your payment, and email address to confirm if you received The Four Steps.
A. If The Four Steps is for an individual, state in the body of the message box: I received The Four Steps, or I did not receive The Four Steps. If you did receive it, our practice will respond within 3 minutes by stating: Your message of "I received The Four Steps" was received by our office. If you did not receive The Four Steps, our practice will respond within 3 minutes by stating: Your message of "I did not receive The Four Steps" was received by our office. We (you, and our practice) will correspond, via online messages, to address why it was not received.
B. If you're a parent contacting our practice on behalf of a child with a health condition, state in the body of the message box: I received The Four Steps, or I did not receive The Four Steps. If you did receive it, our practice will respond within 3 minutes by stating: Your message of "I received The Four Steps" was received by our office. If you did not receive The Four Steps, our practice will respond within 3 minutes by stating: Your message of "I did not receive The Four Steps" was received by our office. We (you, and our practice) will correspond, via online messages, to address why it was not received.
C. If you're an assistant contacting our practice on behalf of an individual with a limitation/disability, state in the body of the message box: We received The Four Steps, or we did not receive The Four Steps. If you did receive it, our practice will respond within 3 minutes by stating: Your message of "We received The Four Steps" was received by our office. If you did not receive The Four Steps, our practice will respond within 3 minutes by stating: Your message of "We did not receive The Four Steps" was received by our office. We (assistant, and our practice) will correspond, via online messages, to address why it was not received. [Enter the first name, and email address of the individual with the limitation/disability. Assistant may state name after message in the message section. For example: I paid for The Four Steps at ______am ET. Please forward The Four Steps to the email address I entered. - Nora
3. You may send a message if you're attempting to pay for The Four Steps, and the payment isn't going through. [Phrase your message in two sentences maximum]
4. You may send a message if you're submitting a client feedback/testimonial about your experience with The Four Steps, and our practice. [Refer to the Client Feedback page to learn how to tailor a feedback/testimonial. A feedback can contain a maximum of 10 sentences] [Client may send our office an email on a Wednesday, between 10:30am and 11:00am ET. Our practice will respond within one hour].
All messages, including forwarding the payment for The Four Steps, and submitting your email address, must be sent on a Wednesday, between 10:30am ET and 11:00am ET. If you send your initial message at 11:01am ET, or later, our practice will not respond, or if you forward your payment, and email address at 11:01am, or later, signing up for The Four Steps will be invalid, the money will not be refunded to you, and you will not receive The Four Steps.
If you're located in a time zone other than ET (Eastern Time), be sure to know the time conversion between Eastern Time, and your time zone.
For example: If you're sending the payment, and forwarding your email address by 10:50am ET (Eastern Time), and you're located in PT (Pacific Time), you'll send the payment, and forward your email address by 7:50am PT (Pacific Time).
After you click Submit on the message box, a pop-up message will appear stating: Your message was submitted.
Only two purchases are permitted per Wednesday, between 10:30am and 11:00am ET.
If the two purchases are completed, there'll be a notification on the Contact Us page informing visitors of the completed purchases, and when you may purchase.
Our practice only accepts 3 clients per month. If the 3 client slots have been filled for the month, you'll see a notification on the Contact Us page informing visitors about the 3 slots being filled, and when you may purchase The Four Steps.
If our office is closed, there'll be a notification on the Contact Us page informing visitors that the office is closed, and when you may purchase The Four Steps.
Once you've completed the process of purchasing, and receiving The Four Steps, further contact between you, and Nicole Angela Tucker: assisting individuals to address unresolved fears that lead to health conditions, and Owner | Holistic Practitioner, Nicole Angela Tucker ceases.
